Bob Renggli
|
Bob Renggli
has invested a life filled with rich experiences to culminate in a coaching career focused on relationship building. Bob sees and believes that relationships underpin the excellence and accomplishments of a life well-lived on multiple levels.
By uniquely weaving assessment profiles, personal dreams and mining hidden resources, Bob enrolls clients to tap energy, urgency and synergy of spirit for new possibilities and relentless growth. His background as a Benedictine monk-priest for 13 years, Biology teacher, university administrator and corporate sales executive coalesce into a dynamic practice in relationship coaching. He delivers meaning and clarity of purpose to the coaching conversation whether with individuals or in groups.
The common thread that links Bob’s professional and private life is a sacred-ontological balance of conscious connectedness between being and doing, the classic theme of ora et labora. He is relentlessly drawn to the potential of each person’s uniquely patterned future by re-integrating the present and selectively referencing past relationships. By challenging blind assumptions and reshaping personal choices he leads clients to both validate and liberate the sacred being embedded in the human soul.
Bob constantly applies and refines the Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation, as he co-creates new possibilities with clients. Groups that choose to work with him, will embark on a journey of discovery and mapping that releases new enthusiasm and a new confidence. Process enables people and the studied and stimulating coaching process that Bob employs will enable clients to be more consciously competent in enjoying the new-found balance in their lives.
Bob is the 2008 Chapter President of the ICF licensed Northwest Coaching Association in Portland, Oregon. As a “married priest” Bob’s ordination does not disappear, although in eyes of the church he can no longer function officially as a priest for the Church. He simply remains a priest who is married. Through the art, science and practice of professional coaching, a new channel of making a difference in the human family, is now helping individuals, couples and communities to grow through richer relationships. His practice is decidedly non-denominational and open to anyone seeking to design a unique and dynamic relational balance in life.

Keith Miller
|
Keith Miller
works with a diverse clientele –he connects with others at a heart and mind level. He coaches individuals, couples (gay or heterosexual), seniors, in fact, anyone seeking more balance and peace in their lives. Keith Miller is a ‘connector’ – someone whose purpose is to connect and inspire others to be and live their greatest lives. “It is now totally natural for me to see what is right with a situation, event or person versus what is wrong. This allows the mind to be creative, to build “more good” in your life”. Keith is grateful to be available to assist others who desire a better experience of their daily life. Keith believes that the key to success is being connected and living out your Values and Passion. Isn’t s it worth your time to evaluate your passions and values and create the life of your dreams? This is the central question Keith asks of prospective clients. He knows from experience that: “Follow your passion, be authentic and the money will flow.”
Keith Miller’s early beginnings were difficult and challenging and he was on his own by the age of 16. “I had wonderful parents who were challenged themselves and were not equipped to handle their family. But from these experiences I learned much of what has made me who I am today. I am grateful for my parents and for the events that have created my strengths. “The strengths that are created from our challenges, become the main ingredients of our Success story in life”
Keith entered the work force at 17 when he began training as an emergency medical technician (EMT) from 1975 thru 1977; he received his license by 18. He worked at Cedar Sinai hospital where he was touted even then as being “so good at connecting with patients” that his supervisors assigned him to “coach” women in the Pre/Post Operative area of surgery, to help them thru surgery and be a comforting presence afterward.
As life progressed, Keith went to law school and worked for a prominent attorney before realizing that legal work left him feeling disconnected. He was horseback riding one day in Griffith Park, when he arrived at the edge of Dante’s point overlooking Los Angeles, and asked himself, “What kind of life do I want? Do I want a beeper on my hip for the rest of my life feeling un-rewarded? Do I want to feel disconnected?” The answer was clear. He quit his job in the law firm and left law entirely.
He soon after partnered with four others and opened a hair salon in 1980 after completing his education as a stylist. Keith found his niche as he was able to be with others, connect one on one, and contribute his gift to others as a talented stylist. He subsequently opened his own salon and became a successful business man. Keith defines success by knowing that patrons leave his business feeling connected with the entire experience, always wanting more.
Personal growth is fundamental to Keith Miller’s life. In his teens, Keith was introduced to Werner Erhard’s EST and took to it like a fish to water. His personal growth study has been ongoing ever since. He has experienced “The Course in Miracles”, “The Advocate Experience”,” The Forum”, and other personal development/enlightening trainings.
Keith’s training at UCLA as a certified Mediator brings value to his coaching practice with couples and individuals alike as he assists in resolving the conflicts that brings relationships to higher levels.
Keith knows that challenges are in all our lives. In 1993 Keith had a major heart attack at the age of 36, and five surgeries followed. In 1999, a major car accident again shifted Keith’s life as the injuries caused such pain that being a stylist was no longer pleasurable. Both events were experiences that awakened Keith even further; he viewed these challenges as opportunities to more forward and live out other passions and interests and values. Keith says, “This is life, life happens this way – it nudges you to look at different paths.” How would it be for you to be grateful and view hard challenges as a new opportunity for growth?
Keith studied psychology but decided that becoming a therapist was not as rewarding for him as coaching. Coaching was appealing to Keith because it focuses on the present moment and moving forward. “The present moment is where we have choices. When we are trained to be awake in the Now, or the present moment, we can use our energy to be available to the endless possibilities we have in our lives, rather than being swept along the unconscious wave of negative self-talk. When we take responsibility for being in charge of our lives, we then embrace everything that happens to us and then can choose all those good things in our lives to be our predominant focus. We challenge ourselves to stretch and grow, to focus on what works, to value gratitude. Gratitude and balance, balance and gratitude – this is what my work is about and the results people get are fabulous."

In 2002, drawing on her multi-layered background, Barbara discovered that despite the wide array of counseling and therapy options available, many people lacked the skills necessary to effectively handle life-altering transitions created by our rapidly changing society. In response to this growing need, Be Coaching, a company based on the science of “being” and reality, evolved. Working from this deeply grounded body of ontological knowledge, integrating many related disciplines to support learning and skill development, Barbara provides learning that transforms the individual by shifting his/her ability to perceive a situation and therefore take appropriate action. Ms. Eisele brings to her highly-qualified coaching not only knowledge, passion and integrity but unparalleled insight and understanding of her client’s desire to maximize well-being, success and joy.
Be Coaching currently offers private sessions for individuals and couples as well as executive and leadership coaching. Sessions can be conducted in person, at her office, on-site or by phone. Specialized group sessions focusing on topics of transition are another area of Barbara’s expertise. Due to demand and popularity, “Women in Transition: An Opportunity for Creating an Authentic and Joy-filled Life” an interactive, 8-week group session designed to explore mid-life challenges is scheduled throughout the year. Ms. Eisele is also available for guest speaking engagements and presentations.
Ms. Eisele holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Michigan, a Master of Counseling from the University of Phoenix and has completed the ICF accredited, international, cutting edge Newfield Network Coaching and Organizational Learning program.
